Isabella Villa was born and grew up in Naples. She attended the Interpreter and Translator School of Naples and the University Suor Orsola Benincasa from which she received her masters degree in Foreign Languages and Literature. She lived in Munich for 4 years where she started teaching Italian as a foreign language. She moved back to Naples and attended a teaching training course at the University “l’Orientale” from which she received a masters in teaching English and German as second languages at secondary schools. In 2008 she moved to Washington DC to work as an Italian teacher for the Italian Cultural Society. Since then she has been teaching in several public school of the Montgomery County. Currently Ms.Villa resides in Bethesda and besides teaching Italian she enjoys biking, drawing, writing, baking and travelling.
